and daily life affected his health, and his weight eventually reached 379 pounds.

At age 49, Carlos made a life-changing decision:

Determined to help others do the same, Carlos entered the fitness industry.
He worked with LA Fitness, where he managed up to five clubs and became one of the top performers
among more than 830 locations nationwide.
He later served as a manager for Elev8tion Fitness, gaining deeper experience in coaching, functional
training, and leadership.
His turning point came with a powerful realization:
“If I was able to transform my life, why couldn’t others?”
This became the foundation of Living 50 Fit Life, a platform dedicated to helping individuals
—especially those over 50—
regain vitality, confidence, and wellness.
Today, Carlos is a certified trainer, transformation coach, motivational speaker, and co-host of the
Living 50 Fit Life YouTube Podcast.
His story inspires people of all ages, especially those who believe it’s “too late” to begin again.
