Carlos León

Carlos León is a Venezuelan-born coach whose journey embodies resilience, transformation, and purpose. He moved to the United States at 18 in search of new opportunities. Over time, the pressures of work, family, and daily life affected his health, and his weight eventually reached 379 pounds.

His transformation was not only physical — it was emotional, mental, and deeply personal. Through discipline, commitment, and a renewed vision for his life, he rebuilt himself from the inside out.

At age 49, Carlos made a life-changing decision: to reclaim his health, his strength, and his identity.

His transformation was not only physical — it was emotional, mental, and deeply personal. Through discipline, commitment, and a renewed vision for his life, he rebuilt himself from the inside out.

Determined to help others do the same, Carlos entered the fitness industry. He worked with LA Fitness, where he managed up to five clubs and became one of the top performers among more than 830 locations nationwide. He later served as a manager for Elev8tion Fitness, gaining deeper experience in coaching, functional training, and leadership.

His turning point came with a powerful realization: “If I was able to transform my life, why couldn’t others?”

This became the foundation of Living 50 Fit Life, a platform dedicated to helping individuals —especially those over 50— regain vitality, confidence, and wellness.

Today, Carlos is a certified trainer, transformation coach, motivational speaker, and co-host of the Living 50 Fit Life YouTube Podcast. His story inspires people of all ages, especially those who believe it’s “too late” to begin again. His authenticity and growing online presence make him a motivating and relatable figure in the world of fitness and wellness.

His mission is clear: To show others that regardless of age or past circumstances, they can rebuild their lives — one decision at a time.
